Hands-Free Dog Leash – Thin or Thick

A crossbody, waist and handheld dog leash in one: clip it to our Walking Belt around your waist or worn crossbody for hands-free walks, or use it on its own as a classic handheld leash. Made from durable woven fabric with metal screw-lock clips, in fashion-forward colors that match our harnesses, belts and pouches. The Walking Belt is sold separately and is not included with this leash. You need it for waist or crossbody wear; or get both in the Leash & Belt Set.

• Around the waist: clip it to our Walking Belt (sold separately) for hands-free walks.
• Crossbody: clip it to the belt worn over your shoulder.
• Handheld: use it on its own as a classic leash, no belt needed.

How to clip: Attach the metal clip closest to the ring on the leash to the walking belt. The clip at the opposite end attaches to your dog’s harness or collar.

Thick or Thin?

• Thin (0.75" wide): a lightweight option that can be especially comfortable for small dogs, with a flexible feel.
• Thick (1" wide): extra durability and a sturdier feel in the hand.

Both widths share the same length range, so choose the feel you and your dog prefer. Clips securely to your dog’s Harness.

Care: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.
Use a mild detergent (no bleach), place the leash in a mesh laundry bag to protect the clips, and lay it flat to air dry.

FAQ

Is the Walking Belt included?
No, this is the leash only. To wear it at your waist or crossbody, add our Walking Belt (adjustable 29"–53"), or choose the Leash & Belt Set.

How do I wear it crossbody?
Wear the Walking Belt over one shoulder and across your body. Clip the leash end closest to the ring on the leash to the belt, and the other end to your dog’s harness or collar.

Can I use it without the belt?
Yes. Unclip it from the belt and connect that clip to the ring on the leash to make a handle. As a handheld leash it adjusts from 32.5" to 50"; attached to the belt, from 41.5" to 59.5".

Thin or Thick: which is better for a small dog?
The Thin leash is lighter and can be especially comfortable for small dogs. The Thick leash has a sturdier feel in the hand. Both have the same length range.

Can I attach two leashes to one belt?
Yes. The Walking Belt has D-rings on both sides, so you can clip a second leash to the other side.
