Returns + Exchange Policy

We want you to be delighted with your LULU’s purchase and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept a return on only qualified items. To confirm if your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please review our Return Policy:

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days from your delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags. If the hang tags are detached from the product, exchanges or returns will not be processed.
  • Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Sale items over 50% sale are Final Sale.

Please note, items marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.

LULU's reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. In order to avoid this, please reach out to our Customer Service team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.

Domestic returns

It’s simple! To start a return, please email us. Provide us with your Order Confirmation Number and tell us which item(s) you would like to return, and one of our team members will get back to you within 1 working day.  Once one of our team members has approved your return, we will send you a FREE returns airway label.

Once your order has been returned, please allow 7 business days so our team may process your return package. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, LULU’s will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Refunds are typically reflected within 5-10 business days of being issued.  

Domestic exchanges

Want to exchange your order? No problem. To initiate your free return for an exchange, please email us and let us know what product you would like to exchange your order for. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, LULU’s will fulfill the requested exchange and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If your requested exchange is not available, our team will let you know right away via email.  If there is a price difference, LULU’s will be in touch to reconcile the price difference before dispatch. You will get an email notification with your new tracking number once your exchange has been sent.  

International returns

To start a return, please email us. Provide us with your Order Confirmation Number and tell us which item(s) you would like to return, and one of our team members will get back to you within 1-2 working days.  Once one of our team members has approved your return, we will send you a returns address. 

International customers are responsible for covering expenses of the return shipment and any associated fees. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend using a trusted local shipping courier and insuring all packages with a tracking number.
