Why a separate leash and belt?
Many hands-free leashes are one long piece that loops around your body. Ours is two pieces that work together, so it adapts to you, your dog and every kind of walk:

• Wear it like a real belt. Thread it through the belt loops of your jeans, or wear it over your outfit or crossbody. Unclip the leash and keep wearing the belt — no dog gear left hanging.
• Comfortable on every body. The belt adjusts from 29" to 53", and you set it once.
• The right length for your dog. Adjust the leash on its own (41.5"–59.5" on the belt) without touching the belt’s fit.
• One leash for every walk. Hands-free for coffee runs and errands, then unclip it for a classic handheld leash (32.5"–50") when you need closer control.
• Everything within reach. Clip the Waste Bag Pouch to the belt ring, add a phone pouch, or clip on a second leash for two dogs.
• Peace of mind. Metal screw-lock clips on both ends stay closed until you open them.

How to clip: Attach the metal clip closest to the ring on the leash to the walking belt. The clip at the opposite end attaches to your dog’s harness or collar.

Thick or Thin?
The thin leash (0.75" wide) is a lightweight option that can be especially comfortable for small dogs. The thick leash (1" wide) has a sturdier feel in the hand. Both come in the same length range, so choose the feel you and your dog prefer.

• Walking belt: adjustable 29"–53" (waist or crossbody), 1" or 0.75" wide
• Thick leash: 41.5"–59.5" attached to the belt (1" wide)
• Thin leash: 41.5"–59.5" attached to the belt (0.75" wide)
• Handheld leash length: 32.5"–50"

Care: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry.
Use a mild detergent (no bleach), place the set in a mesh laundry bag to protect the clips and buckle, and lay it flat to air dry.

Does the set include a harness?

How do I attach the leash to the belt?
The leash has a metal screw-lock clip at each end. Attach the clip closest to the ring on the leash to the walking belt, and the clip at the other end to your dog’s harness or collar. The belt adjusts from 29" to 53", so it works as a dog leash that goes around your waist, or you can wear it crossbody.

Where does the Waste Bag Pouch go?
Clip it to the ring on the walking belt, next to the leash. When you use the leash handheld, move it to the ring on the leash. The Waste Bag Pouch is sold separately.

Can I attach two leashes to one belt?
Yes. The walking belt has D-rings on both sides, so you can clip a second leash, sold separately, to the other side.
